let's start where my wife and I walk and write and paint on the beach

at Alnmouth ( The local people call it ALANMOUTH) a village at the

estuary of the river Aln.

Arguably the most beautiful beach in Northumberland it changes

every day as the tide moves enormous amounts of sand alternately washing clear the lines of anti-tank blocks next to the dunes and then covering them again.

  "Oyster catchers on Alnmouh Beach"
   Coquet Island on the horizon
"Alnmouth Post Office with owner Nick and his dog Rosie"
"The club's first rowing skiff named Alnmouth"
"Bistro 23" One of ALnmouth`s very popular eating places

Welcome to my website in this diffficult time of Coronavirus., People telll me that quietly sitting to look at paintings is very therapeutiic.  I hope a tour round mine has this effect on you .

Even better....have a go yourself. If you don't have any paints just start by doing some drawing. I have a "how to do it" section here so have a go now. If you want help contact me on davidkeithart@gmail.com. Good luck. Keep well and keep your dstance. Best wishes.David Keith
